Columns

You can customise the columns displayed in a table, including which columns are visible and the order they appear in.

Customising Columns

To customise a table:

1. Click the Columns button.
2. Select the columns you would like to display.
3. Drag columns into your preferred order using the handle icon.
4. If a column is near the bottom of the list, you can click the Up arrow to quickly move it to the top instead of dragging it.
5. Click Apply to update the table.

Your selected columns and their order will immediately be reflected in the table.

TIP

If your table contains many columns, consider using Full Screen mode to make more of the table visible without horizontal scrolling.

Sorting Columns

Most columns can be sorted by clicking on the column header.

• Click once to sort in ascending order.
• Click again to sort in descending order.
