Tag Permissions

These permissions control access to tags.

Permission Key	Description
`tags.list.all`	Allows the user to view all tags in a data table.
`tags.view.all`	Allows the user to view individual tags.
`tags.new.all`	Allows the user to create new tags.
`tags.edit.all`	Allows the user to edit any tags.
`tags.delete.all`	Allows the user to delete any tags.
`tags.total`	Allows the user to generate total summaries from tags.
`tags.export`	Allows the user to export tags to CSV.
`tags.report.all`	Allows the user to view tag sales reports.
`tags.chart`	Allows the user to generate charts from tags.
